No! Sorting for donations and recycling is part of our standard service. Our pricing is the same whether items go to charity or the landfill—we just prefer to donate whenever possible.

Can I request that specific items be donated?

Absolutely! Just let us know which items you'd like donated (if they're in acceptable condition), and we'll make sure they go to one of our charity partners.

What condition do items need to be in for donation?

Items should be clean, functional, and in usable condition. Furniture should be free of major damage, appliances should work, and clothing should be gently used. Our team will assess items on-site.

Do I get a tax receipt for donated items?

Since we donate items on your behalf to our partner organizations, we cannot provide tax receipts. If you need a receipt for tax purposes, we recommend donating directly to the charity.
